The color change makes both the flower she is holding and the sofa stand out much more. I also prefer the change in font for the title. The cover is beautiful! I cannot wait to read this book. I think this new cover (step-back, mock tip-in, bright green stripe on the side, whatever you choose to call it), endorsement and all, announces you've arrived and you're here to stay! I think it's the blue sofa rather than the fushia/purple one. The fushia competes more with the red dress (though I do like the deeper tone of the red dress in the newer cover). The stepback is good. And, it's nice to have a quote on the front, though I think the tagline from the first cover is intriguing. It looks like the cover all the way to the right by your recent posts has the deeper red dress and a slightly bluer sofa. That one is my favorite.
